Donate in Honor or Memory of Someone Special
A donation to Atrium Health Foundation is a heartfelt way to celebrate a milestone or to memorialize those who have touched your life. When you give in honor or memory of someone special, you help Atrium Health Foundation improve health, elevate hope, and advance healing for all.
You may designate your online gift to an area at Atrium Health that is most meaningful to you, or you can direct it to the area of the greatest need. When you make your gift using our online donation form, please check the honor/memorial gift section and include the mailing address of the person you would like us to notify of this tribute. We will let them know you have made a gift in honor of someone special.
When recommending memorial giving through an obituary notice, please direct donors to this URL to initiate their memorial gift (AtriumHealthFoundation.org/tribute). Suggested language:
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a memorial donation in support of [Atrium Health or name a specific facility, fund, or program] at AtriumHealthFoundation.org/tribute. Memorial gifts may also be mailed to Atrium Health Foundation, 208 East Blvd. Charlotte, North Carolina, 28203, and should include the name of the honoree and designated area of support.

When mailing your gift, please note the following:
- Please make checks out to Atrium Health Foundation.
- Include “Memorial” or “Tribute” and the name of the honoree in the memo line of the check.
- If known, please give the Foundation direction as to whom should be notified of the gift, such as the honoree or the honoree’s next-of-kin (for memorial gifts).
